Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Shift Lead to join our team at KARM Stores. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Retail Management team in register transactions, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring the accuracy and security of all transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Retail Management team in register transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments, and ensuring the accuracy and security of all transactions.
  2. Work with the Retail Management team to establish and maintain customer service standards, ensuring compliance with the company mission statement and providing a pleasant shopping experience for each customer.
  3. Assist store staff in stocking store shelves and clothing racks, providing customers with maximum shopping opportunities.
  4. Assist in delegating tasks and responsibilities with the Retail Manager and Assistant Retail Manager, especially when the Manager is not on shift.
  5. Live out our Mission to Reveal, Tell & Provide, and carry out our Core Values of being Trustworthy, Team-Minded, and Teachable.

Requirements

  1. Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with an excellent command of the English language.
  2. Commitment to KARM Stores' mission and mission statement.
  3. Computer skills, including general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.
  4. Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form.
  5. Ability to stand up to 100% of a standard work day.
  6. Lifting and bending up to 75% of a standard work day.
  7. Moderate to heavy physical activity, requiring the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Compensation

$11-$16 hourly wage.
