We are seeking a highly skilled Overnight Stocking Supervisor to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading and developing teams effectively, touring stores, and providing feedback to associates. You will also be responsible for communicating and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates
- Tour stores and provide feedback to associates
- Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations
- Utilize technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction to drive business results
- Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards to store associates
- Drive the financial performance and sales of the designated store area
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates
- Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments
- 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of associates
