We are seeking a Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in Framingham, MA.

Job Summary

As a Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist, you will provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to clients. You will work with individuals of all ages and populations, with a focus on child and adolescent mental health.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients individually or as a couple or family to assess their emotional and psychological needs and develop a treatment plan
  • Provide counseling services to children and adolescents, including play therapy
  • Work with a diverse range of clients, including those with trauma, anxiety, and other mental health concerns
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to provide comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • LICSW or LMFT or LMHC licensure in Massachusetts
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a specialty area such as play therapy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
