Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager at McDonald's, you will be responsible for overseeing crew schedules, providing encouraging leadership for crew and managers to deliver an outstanding guest experience, and supervising and leading food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald's standards.
Inspire and EmpowerYou will be responsible for taking measures around safety, security, inventory, and profitability, and cultivating and encouraging training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant. Additionally, you will drive and expect a high level of performance from the team.
