Archery & Hunting Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Archery & Hunting Specialist to join our team at Kittery Trading Post. As an Archery & Hunting Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right merchandise and providing expert advice on outdoor gear and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Assist customers in selecting and outfitting specialized equipment for their outdoor adventures
  • Restock merchandise and maintain a well-organized and shoppable department
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Customer service-oriented team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and stay current with industry product advances
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to pass a standard background check and be at least 18 years old
