Floor Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team at PVH Corp. in Kittery, ME. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.

• Customer Experience: Lead the effort to greet and assist every customer, provide real-time coaching to associates, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Commitment to Efficiency: Execute shipment processing, replenishment, pricing, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards, and achieve or exceed UPH processing standards.
• Associate Morale: Motivate and inspire associates to achieve sales goals, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience required.
• High school graduate/equivalent preferred.
• Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
