Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and cash handling

    • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
    • Monitor and address customer feedback, concerns, and complaints
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns
Requirements
  • Three to five years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Working knowledge of back office tools and ability to quickly learn new software
  • Education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma or higher

Physical Demands

Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
