As a Clinical Pharmacist PRN, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, while also providing exceptional patient care.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Verify and enter medication orders, communicating with medical staff to resolve any issues
  • Initiate and facilitate appropriate drug dosing and manage medication-related pharmacist consults
  • Oversee and ensure the proper utilization of medication automation, technology, and computer systems
  • Maintain operational expertise in central pharmacy and/or satellite areas, providing coverage as requested

What You'll Bring:


  • Actively performs all pharmacist functions, participating in established standard work parameters and maintaining functional proficiency
  • Proficiently verifies/enters medication orders and proactively communicates with medical staff to resolve problem medication orders
  • Initiates and facilitates appropriate drug dosing and manages medication-related pharmacist consults

Shift: PRN - Weekdays and Weekend; 7:30AM - 5:30PM
