  • Utilize Atlas, our state-of-the-art sales enablement platform, to strategically manage and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:
  • High school Diploma/GED preferred
  • At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license, ensuring readiness for field responsibilities.
  • Pass a thorough background check and a drug screening by the designated employment date.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • This is a W2 position complemented by medical, dental, life, and disability benefits.

  • Experience significant earning potential with a first-year expectation of $90,000 - $150,000+ (with an average increase of 25% YoY), through uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity.
