Phlebotomy Services

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at AdventHealth Hendersonville. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for providing phlebotomy services to our inpatient and outpatient population.

Responsibilities

  • Perform venipuncture procedures in an accurate, safe, and efficient manner following departmental and regulatory standards and policies.
  • Identify and conduct problem resolution for preanalytical specimen issues.
  • Utilize Laboratory Information System for all specimen processing and handling functions to ensure timeliness and accuracy of workflow.
  • Consistently use appropriate PPE and comply with all departmental and regulatory infection control policies, including sharps safety procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous phlebotomy experience required.
