Front Desk Agent

Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to guests at their hotel.
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting, and be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and checking them in and out
- Handling cash and credit card transactions
- Providing information about hotel services and amenities
- Responding to guest requests in a timely manner
- Working with the hotel management system to manage reservations and updates
