Bilingual Carpenter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Carpenter to join our team at LEAD Staffing. As a leading staffing and recruiting partner, we connect talented job seekers with exciting opportunities and rewarding careers across various dynamic industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a crew of Spanish and English speaking carpenters
- Construct concrete form systems as directed by Foreman and/or Superintendent
- Install formwork ties, turnbuckle, wedge bolts, walers, and form support systems
- Build custom concrete forms, including bulkheads and construction joints
- Adhere to a 40+ hour work week, possibly spanning 6-7 days, with opportunities for overtime
- Perform duties outdoors in various weather conditions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Rough Carpenter
- Must be Bi-Lingual (fluent in both Spanish and English)
- Proficiency in commonly used form systems
- Authorization to work in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, lift, and work outdoors
- Must pass 10-panel drug screen and criminal history search
- Own hand tools and work boots
