Key Responsibilities:

  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including setting up and cleaning the workstation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including interacting with customers and responding to their needs
  • Prepare simple menu items and sell items to guests
  • Enter all sales into the cash register to ensure accurate recording
  • Perform closing duties, including clean up, product storage, and trash removal
  • Verify I.D. on all customers ordering alcohol
  • Suggestively sell and up sell items to guests
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area
  • Interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory control procedures

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Must be able to work fluently in English
  • Ability to work in an open-air environment during all climate conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs/ramps
  • Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
