About the Role

We are seeking reliable, creative, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as child care staff for our in-person program supporting the Cleveland Browns at FirstEnergy Stadium. As a child care professional, you will lead engaging activities, provide warm care, and maintain a safe environment with a high level of supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Report on time and be prepared for each shift
  • Plan and facilitate group and individual activities that promote learning and development
  • Maintain consistent communication with Site Leaders and follow their directions
  • Model appropriate social behaviors and set a positive example for children
  • Supervise children and maintain a safe and positive environment for children, their families, and other caregivers
Qualifications
  • Teaching, tutoring, or camp counseling experience
  • Proven ability to create supportive relationships with students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels
  • Basic classroom management skills
  • Knowledge of academic content and skills
  • Professionalism, maturity, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
