Position Overview:
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations, ensuring effective management and coordination of personnel, activities, and resources to achieve the company's objectives as aligned with the owner's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct all business in compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and applicable laws.
  • Manage financial transactions, including invoice approvals and coordination with property owners for necessary funding.
  • Monitor rent collections and address delinquency through appropriate communication and legal actions.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to stay informed about property upkeep and repairs.
  • Assist property owners with inquiries regarding financial statements and management activities.
  • Ensure completeness of lease files and proper execution of lease agreements.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of management activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Conduct property inspections and market surveys to assess pricing and competition.
  • Facilitate the leasing process, including showing properties and negotiating lease terms.
  • Oversee the lease renewal process for existing tenants.

Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License in Colorado.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Residential Property Management.
  • Active Real Estate License in Colorado.

Compensation:
Annual Salary: $62,000.00 to $66,000.00, paid biweekly.
