Outdoor Program Leader Job Overview

Primary Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 18 years of age

  • Experience in a camp environment working with children
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children and their guardians
  • Proficient in one or more camp-related activities
  • Certification in CPR, First Aid, AED, and Child Abuse Prevention, or willingness to obtain certification shortly after hiring
Physical Requirements:

Must be capable of lifting and transporting up to 50 pounds, demonstrating physical endurance and agility, and responding swiftly in emergency situations.
