Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Magnolia Health Systems. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing direct respiratory therapy to our residents, including routine respiratory therapy, trach care, trach changes, high flow heated humidification, Cough Assist, mechanical vest therapy, and ventilator management.

Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality respiratory care to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct routine assessments and evaluations to identify residents' respiratory needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve residents' respiratory function and overall health.
• Educate residents and their families on respiratory care and disease management.

Requirements:
• Must be licensed in the state of Indiana as a Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist or Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Current BLS CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain professional attitude, including confidentiality, concern for all people, cooperativeness, and conscientious use of time.
