Key Responsibilities- Ensure optimal functionality of all audio-visual equipment and meeting spaces.
- Oversee the organization and management of AV and server/communication rooms.
- Administer and maintain AV signage across the organization.
- Facilitate technology upgrades in AV rooms to improve user experience.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and provide ongoing support for AV, server, and telecommunication systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AV and communication systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to guarantee seamless operation of AV systems.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in AV technology.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred.
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in AV support and maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of AV equipment and conference room configurations.
- Familiarity with server and communication systems.
