KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Uphold the company culture at the reception area by managing daily candy stations, ensuring the front desk and lobby are well-presented, and overseeing music selections as necessary.
  • Maintain a cheerful demeanor, greeting every employee and guest upon arrival, serving as the first and last point of contact.
  • Ensure that music content aligns with the company's Core Values and is played at an appropriate volume for a professional setting.
  • Conduct weekly inventory assessments of workplace supplies that require replenishment.
  • Regularly restock the supply closet to ensure availability of necessary items.
  • Assist local teams with inventory management tasks.
  • Oversee the process of incoming and outgoing mail and shipments across all workplace locations.
  • Unpack and organize workplace deliveries in designated areas or facilitate shipments to specified locations.
  • Assist with general conference room reservations.
  • Respond to Zendesk tickets from various field and office locations, addressing general workplace inquiries and escalating issues to the Workplace Operations Specialist and Lead as needed.
  • Coordinate with security personnel regarding visitor management.
  • Ensure that name tags are printed and provided to all visitors at the reception desk.
  • Maintain open and consistent communication while offering cross-functional support to HR, Recruiting, Development, Real Estate, Construction, and Physical Security.
  • Receive, troubleshoot, and resolve all incoming questions or concerns from employees and guests.
  • Support Workplace leadership with various tasks as required.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • A strong passion for enhancing the overall employee experience through dedicated operational support.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a workplace-related role.
  • Ability to remain agile and effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships across departments and managing conflicts constructively.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities as necessary.
