Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence in our store.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and guide store associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve financial goals and control expenses
- Participate in community outreach programs and promote company-sponsored events
- Supervise and develop store associates, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Drive the execution of business plans and projects, including identifying customer and operational needs
- 1 year's general management experience, including financial accountability
- 2 years' of college, or 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's experience supervising 10 associates/employees, or 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's experience supervising 10 associates/employees
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
- General work experience supervising 20 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
