We are seeking a highly skilled Second Shift Folder/Gluer Operator to join our team at our Franklin, WI location. This role offers an estimated annual salary of $35,700 - $45,300, based on the hourly rate of $17.50 + $1.50 shift premium. Job Responsibilities:
- Perform make-ready functions and operate folding and gluing machines to produce high-quality products.
- Monitor production runs, adjust machine settings as needed, and synchronize speed to maximize output.
- Record router information and production metrics, ensuring accurate documentation and data analysis.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and optimize production processes.
- Train new employees on machine operations and maintenance procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with folder/gluer machines is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
