Beech Brook, one of Northeast Ohio's premier mental health agencies, is currently hiring a Clinical Supervisor to oversee Clinical Lead Therapists and Clinical Behavioral Specialist's staff in our expanding school-based population. This is a full-time, year-round position based in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to schools and community sites to provide supervision to our school-based clinical team
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to meet compliance requirements
  • Facilitate effective relationships in order to function as a member of an interdisciplinary team as well as manage partnerships with the schools
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Master's Degree
  • Licensed as LISW-S, LPCC-S or IMFT-S
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations with complex mental health needs
