Position Title: Audiologist - Edina, MN

We are seeking a dedicated Audiologist with a minimum of one year of experience in fitting and dispensing hearing devices while providing exceptional patient care.

About the Role:

GreenLife Healthcare Staffing is currently looking for an Audiologist to join a reputable Audiological Clinic in Edina, Minnesota.

Key Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Audiology is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of hearing aid products and services is essential.
  • At least one year of experience in fitting and dispensing hearing aids and providing patient care.
  • A genuine passion for improving patients' hearing abilities.
  • Expertise in guiding patients through the selection of amplification devices and providing ongoing support.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary range of $70,000 - $85,000.
  • 10 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) granted annually.
  • 80 hours of Sick & Safe time each year.
  • Eight company holidays.
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance, with a monthly contribution towards premiums.
  • Company-paid life insurance coverage of $25,000.
  • 401K Plan eligibility after 90 days, including a 3% company match.

Work Schedule:

  • This is a full-time position.
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage professionally with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
  • Educate patients regarding their hearing conditions and demonstrate empathy in enhancing their quality of life.
  • Stay informed about various hearing aid technologies and accessories.
  • Participate in outreach initiatives and marketing efforts to expand the practice.
