About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Strategic Partnerships at GMMI, Inc. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for driving the strategic development of commercial partnerships and customer experience for our key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive commercial growth and customer satisfaction for assigned key accounts.
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize work to balance strategic and tactical issues.
  • Analyze market trends and their impact on our portfolio, providing recommendations on product strategy.
  • Develop and conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including reinsurance, policy forms, and actuaries, to develop and implement product and risk management strategies.
  • Work with international teams to deploy multinational partnerships and ensure global consistency.
  • Develop and maintain internal dashboards to track sales, cost allocations, and overall profitability.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Model and promote the company's values and principles.
  • Challenge clients and sales teams to think strategically about solutions to business challenges, resulting in additional products and services.
  • Develop and maintain annual Account Strategy Plans.
  • Advocate for partners' interests through effective and open dialogue with internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on competitors' services and products, and develop counter-strategies.
  • Establish renewal strategies and ensure seamless communication with external and internal parties.
  • Prepare renewal proposals and RFPs.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date knowledge of assigned accounts and client information across the organization.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of proven sales and/or account management experience in commercial products and services, preferably in the leisure travel market.
  • Proven client management and advocacy experience.
  • Proven success in presenting and discussing solutions with C-level and other decision-makers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of commercial policies.
Education/Certifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Travel Requirements

This role will require a minimum of 30% travel time and the ability to work in a virtual environment as needed.
