Job Opportunity
The Herb Chambers Companies is seeking an experienced Automotive Office Administrator to join our team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Office Manager with prioritizing and completing daily tasks
- Review and verify paperwork for accuracy
- Accurately record sales transactions in the dealership's system
- Assist with daily and monthly accounting reconciliations
- Enter and reconcile AP/AR data
- Perform various administrative tasks as directed
Requirements
- A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn and grow
- Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills
- Attendance is an essential job function for this position
- Knowledge of registration and titling documents
- Automotive accounting office experience preferred
