Job Opportunity

The Herb Chambers Companies is seeking an experienced Automotive Office Administrator to join our team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Office Manager with prioritizing and completing daily tasks
  • Review and verify paperwork for accuracy
  • Accurately record sales transactions in the dealership's system
  • Assist with daily and monthly accounting reconciliations
  • Enter and reconcile AP/AR data
  • Perform various administrative tasks as directed

Requirements

  • A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Eager to learn and grow
  • Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills
  • Attendance is an essential job function for this position
  • Knowledge of registration and titling documents
  • Automotive accounting office experience preferred
