Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to lead our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and coaching our team members, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead by example, setting the tone for a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to team members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Ensure Excellent Guest Service: Foster a culture of excellent guest service, ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable experience.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, meeting or exceeding company standards.
  • Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and labor control.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with team members, guests, and management to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Previous Management or Leadership Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Customer Service Experience: A strong background in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering excellent guest experiences.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 55 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
