El Especialista en Manejo de Efectivo es responsable de la operación de un estacionamiento específico, realizando transacciones en efectivo y brindando un servicio al cliente excepcional. Este rol asegura un manejo adecuado de los boletos y pagos de los huéspedes, mientras proporciona un servicio que supera las expectativas de nuestros clientes. El Especialista trabaja en estrecha colaboración con otros miembros del equipo, el Gerente de Operaciones y/o el Supervisor de Turno para garantizar que se cumplan los procedimientos de manejo de efectivo y los estándares de seguridad en todo momento.

Responsabilidades Clave
  • Realizar transacciones en efectivo con precisión y exactitud.
  • Mantener el efectivo organizado y conocer el saldo disponible.
  • Asegurar que el efectivo y los boletos estén clasificados durante el día.
  • Preparar las hojas de control/resumen de efectivo con precisión y orden.
  • Informar sobre cualquier exceso o falta de efectivo.
  • Planificar con anticipación para tener suficiente cambio disponible.
  • Completar todos los documentos requeridos de manera completa y ordenada.
  • Mantener el entorno de trabajo limpio y organizado en todo momento.
  • Limpieza y organización del interior de la cabina.
  • Limpiar las ventanas de la cabina.
  • Asegurar que la señalización y el equipo en el estacionamiento estén limpios y libres de vandalismo.
  • Recorrer el estacionamiento para recoger basura y cambiar bolsas en los botes de basura.
  • Asegurar que los suministros estén debidamente apilados y organizados.
  • Mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro y protegido.
  • Asegurar que las ventanas y puertas estén cerradas y que el efectivo esté asegurado si se necesita abandonar la cabina.
  • Proteger el dinero y las hojas de control en una bolsa de depósito antes de su entrega.
  • Informar de inmediato sobre cualquier incidente o persona sospechosa en el estacionamiento.
  • Ser puntual y asegurarse de que la tarjeta de tiempo esté registrada al inicio y al final del turno.
  • Adherirse al código de vestimenta de la empresa.
  • Cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.
  • Resolver quejas de clientes de manera rápida y eficiente.
  • Brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional siendo amable y servicial.
  • Saludar a los huéspedes al llegar y salir de manera cortés.
  • Utilizar una comunicación respetuosa para ayudar a los huéspedes con sus preguntas y preocupaciones.
  • Emitir y/o recoger boletos de estacionamiento para visitantes.
  • Completar la conciliación diaria de recibos, efectivo y cargos; contabilizar con precisión todos los fondos en la caja.
  • Realizar depósitos de ingresos siguiendo los procedimientos específicos.
  • Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y ordenada en la cabina.
  • Contestar el teléfono de manera cortés y rápida, cuando sea necesario.
  • Informar de inmediato sobre cualquier accidente o preocupación de seguridad al Gerente de Operaciones o al Líder de Turno.
  • Comunicar de manera profesional en todo momento con huéspedes, clientes y compañeros de equipo.
  • Otras tareas que puedan ser asignadas.


Habilidades, Conocimientos y Experiencia
  • Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y comunicación.
  • Capacidad para comunicarse verbalmente con los huéspedes.
  • Capacidad para aprender rápidamente y tomar decisiones acertadas en entornos de ritmo rápido.
  • Edad mínima de 18 años.
  • Habilidades matemáticas básicas.
  • Experiencia en manejo de efectivo es un activo.
  • Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente, preferida.
