Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee our quality assurance systems and provide feedback to improve our services. As a Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist, you will work closely with our staff, supervisors, and management to ensure the accuracy of client and caregiver documentation and records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the matching of clients and caregivers
  • Conduct visit updates, caregiver notes, and client profiles
  • Provide updates to staffing coordinators to assist with finding the right client and caregiver
  • Conduct QA calls to clients to receive feedback on services and caregiver performance
  • Perform in-person quality assurance visits to client homes
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional organizational skills required
  • Experience working with children or adults with special needs is a plus
  • Must possess excellent communication skills in English
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Staffing experience is a plus
  • Able to exercise discretion with confidential information
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • 18+ years old
  • US work authorization
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check and reference check
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
