Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor staff and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Develop and implement standards, workflows, and processes that meet or exceed regulatory requirements.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to staff to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Measure and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support the Member Services Trainer in developing and presenting training programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with Medicare benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
