Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Zenith Group Management Inc. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage guest communications, including responding to phone calls, emails, and messages, and ensuring that all guest requests are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, room assignments, and any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure that all guest needs are met and that the hotel is running smoothly.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
