Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Director to lead our Outpatient Addiction Recovery Center at Concord Comprehensive Treatment Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality treatment services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the center's strategic business plan, in conjunction with regional leadership, to achieve operational and financial objectives.
  • Exercise final authority over center daily operations, working closely with the Medical Director on clinical/medical-related issues.
  • Serve as community outreach liaison, attending community events to educate and establish contacts within the community to become a needed resource.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of all center policies and procedures, including public affairs and community relations.
  • Accountable for managing people, setting direction, and deploying resources, including performance evaluations, pay reviews, and hire/fire decisions.
  • Responsible for providing training and development opportunities for center staff.
  • Maintain compliance with all Federal and State Laws and Regulations, including the submission of corrective action plans to said agencies.
  • Responsible for the security of medications, medical records, employee records, and any other documentation deemed necessary by corporate leadership.
  • Ensure that the center protects the rights and confidentiality of all patients and provides each with the required medical and clinical care.
  • Responsible for risk management in the facility, including risk assessment, conducting investigations, root cause analysis, and the use of data to identify risk patterns and trends in the clinic.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in social, behavioral, or mental health services field from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience with new facility pre-opening/post-opening highly preferred.
  • Experience with overseeing services in an outpatient healthcare environment required, preferably in medication-assisted treatment, mental health or addiction.
  • Profit and Loss (P&L) management experience required, including oversight, management, and maintenance of the facility budget.
  • Business Development experience highly preferred.
  • Experience working with multiple payer sources, including Medicare and Medicaid contracts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in their role with the ability to be coached and solve problems in a dynamic business environment.
