We are actively seeking a Production Machine Technician to become part of our workforce. While prior experience is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly inspect print and seam quality.
  • Remove defective materials and splice the roll web according to specifications.
  • Utilize tools such as rulers, safety knives, and hole punches during the splicing process as needed.
  • Handle rolls and palletize them carefully to prevent damage.
  • Understand basic printing and seam-related defects.
  • Document and enter data on designated forms and within the company’s operational system.
  • Engage in special projects and perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations for label counts and conversions, including using units of American currency and measurements.
  • Proficiency in basic Windows-based applications.
  • Physical requirements include standing, using hands for manipulation, reaching with arms, and effective communication.
  • This role involves frequent walking.
  • Occasionally, the employee may need to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Must be capable of regularly lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
