Job Title: Quality and Training Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality and Training Manager to join our team at OnMed LLC. As a Quality and Training Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients and staff. You will work closely with our clinical teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, conduct routine chart audits, and provide training to new staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine chart audits and quality reviews to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and staff performance.
  • Provide training to new staff members on quality management, auditing, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Director to develop and implement remediation plans for opportunities identified from internal and external regulatory audits.
  • Partner with the Practice Manager to identify and execute continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of management experience in the healthcare field.
  • Strong technology skills in healthcare systems and software, including Athenahealth.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment within policy and procedure guidelines established by the company.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and clients' clinical teams.
