Compensation Package

Job Description
As our Controller, you will be responsible for managing all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and overseeing the accounting team. Your expertise in construction accounting practices and proficiency in GAAP are essential in this role. You will also be tasked with preparing budgets for projects and the overall company, analyzing financial performance, and forecasting future needs. Additionally, you will ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs, manage accounts receivables and payables, and track project costs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and at least 5 years of accounting or finance experience in the construction industry. A CPA or CMA certification is preferred. You should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and leadership skills, and high attention to detail. Familiarity with financial regulations and standards in the construction industry, as well as California construction laws/codes, is required. Finally, you must be authorized to work in the U.S.
