Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional guest service and foster a supportive environment for team members
* Perform general cleaning tasks, including carpets, windows, gaming machines, offices, restrooms, and outdoors as directed
* Follow checklists and guidelines for efficient operation
* Attend pre-shift briefings on time and adhere to OSHA and Hazcom safe work practices
* Assist with equipment and supplies management, maintain storage areas, equipment, and chemicals
* Monitor equipment condition and ensure proper maintenance
* Resolve problems within authority and escalate when necessary
* Keep supervisor informed of activities

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED certificate
* Ability to work in an environment with secondhand smoke, moderate to loud noise levels, and varied light levels
* Virginia Racing Commission License
