Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare vacant units for occupancy by cleaning and sanitizing all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.
  • Perform daily upkeep of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and amenities.
  • Restock and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Clean and polish lighting fixtures, solid surfaces, and trim.
  • Report any unusual or extraordinary circumstances to the Property Manager.
  • Provide courteous and efficient service to residents and guests.
  • Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
  • Stay up-to-date on management company policies and property community policies.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms, talk, and/or hear.
  • Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Ability to frequently lift.
