Job Summary

As a key member of the housekeeping team, the Assistant Director of Services will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public spaces, and employee areas. This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and direct a team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage housekeeping operations to ensure guest satisfaction and achieve budgeted goals.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or a related field may be substituted for experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Benefits

Marriott offers a competitive salary range of $77,000 to $90,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
