Position Overview

As a pivotal leader in our organization, you will be responsible for guiding and developing a team of structural engineers and project managers. Your role will encompass the oversight and management of all operations related to Building Envelope, Structural Systems, Due Diligence, and Building and Code Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of professionals in the field.
- Manage projects, conduct technical report evaluations, prepare proposals, and oversee departmental financial performance.
- Support marketing initiatives by fostering and enhancing client relationships.
- Drive marketing and business development efforts within this sector.
- Collaborate with senior staff and provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure quality control and thorough review of reports related to building facilities.
- Assist in recruiting and maintaining an optimal staffing level within your group.

Qualifications

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited institution is preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in facilities consulting.
