Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Technical Architect to join our dynamic consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce solutions, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to design and implement effective Salesforce solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and integration plans.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features, technologies, and trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
  • Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Lead transformation projects, ensuring successful adoption and integration of Salesforce solutions within client organizations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and development.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
  • Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience leading transformation projects and driving successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics and other AI tools.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.
  • Familiarity with data migration and data management best practices.
  • Ability to mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
