Job Title:

GI Medical Oncology Advanced Practice Provider I/II

Job Summary:

This Advanced Practice Provider will play a crucial role in our new intrahepatic chemotherapy program, supporting GI medical oncologists as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical work-ups, procedures, and postoperative care.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients in our intrahepatic chemotherapy program
  • Assist GI medical oncologists as needed
  • Perform medical work-ups, procedures, and postoperative care
  • Participate in providing comprehensive care to patients
Requirements:
  • License to practice as a Registered Physician Assistant in the State of New York
  • Certification as a Registered Physician Assistant by the National Commission for Certification of Physicians Assistants (NCCPA) or other national certifying body recognized by the New York State Education Department
  • Certification or eligibility for Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or completion of a Physician Assistant Certificate Program recognized by the New York State Education Department
Benefits:

This position includes a base salary and geographic differential. The total combined salary range for the Advanced Practice Provider I (Grade 28) is $117,760 - $142,688 annually, which includes a comprehensive benefits package. The total combined salary range for the Advanced Practice Provider II (Grade 30) is $129,494 - $156,236 annually, which includes a comprehensive benefits package.
