Geriatric Psychiatrist Position at University of Rochester

We are seeking a board certified psychiatrist with specialized training in Geriatric Psychiatry to join our team at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
About the RoleThis full-time position includes an academic faculty appointment with the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and a medical staff appointment at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership in process improvement, program development, and strategic planning
- Teach and supervise psychiatric residents and fellows, medical students, and other trainees
- Participate in a collaborative work environment with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, RN's, social workers, family therapists, and licensed mental health professionals
- Board certified psychiatrist with specialized training in Geriatric Psychiatry
- Licensed in New York state
A competitive salary range of $209,000 - $360,701, depending on experience and qualifications.
