Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our team at our University Towne Center store. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable moments for our customers by providing exceptional service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by assessing their needs and making personalized product recommendations.
  • Cultivate in-depth knowledge of our products and provide detailed information to customers.
  • Connect with existing and potential customers, maintaining customer information using our supported technology.
  • Inspect and clean customers' jewelry, consulting on repairs for jewelry and timepieces.
Requirements
  • Goal-oriented and sales-driven, with a passion to exceed.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and team-spirited work style, reflecting our company's core values.
  • Commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and high integrity.
  • Flexibility with work schedule, including holidays.

  • Bilingual a plus, but not required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment, or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.24, with fluctuations in the job market potentially affecting pay ranges. You will be eligible for health and welfare benefits after meeting the minimum work requirement of 20 hours/week. Additional benefits include sales bonus, monthly incentives, SPIFFs, employee merchandise discounts, paid training, and paid time off.
