Reports to: Store Director, Boutique Manager

Division: Retail, Brand Boutique

Overview

The Client Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and meeting or exceeding sales objectives within our luxury brand boutique. This role requires excellent interpersonal communication skills, a passion for the brand, and a focus on creating a positive and inviting environment for discerning clients.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure an outstanding client experience by creating a positive and inviting environment, being enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the brand, and educating clients based on their needs.
  • Implement brand strategies and guidelines, and maintain a consistent visual presentation of luxury watches.
  • Process sales efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with policy, and follow up with clients on purchases.
  • Utilize the CRM system to build ongoing relationships with clients, and handle client issues with diplomatic skill.
Meeting or Exceeding Sales Objectives
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives for any given month, quarter, and year, and clearly understand daily sales objectives and how they relate to weekly and monthly targets.
  • Focus on developing long-term relationships with clients, and follow up with them using the CRM system.
  • Readily accept and incorporate constructive advice given by managers on how to improve sales performance.
Other Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all store security procedures, and set up cases and windows.
  • Respect other Client Advisors, and foster an environment of support and collaboration.
  • Adhere to the company dress code policy, and work with team members to ensure the store is clean and attractive.
  • Be on time, and help set up or close the store depending on the shift.
Brand Responsibility
  • Ensure appropriate visual merchandising of all products in the store.
  • Check stock on a daily basis, and maintain informed and up-to-date knowledge of brand and industry product knowledge.
  • Embrace and execute the selling and service experience to brand and Tourneau Bucherer standards.

  • A passion for building clientele and selling.
  • Demonstrate an exemplary level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week.
  • Must have a polished and professional appearance with a positive attitude.
  • Meet and exceed company assigned goals, metrics, and objectives.
