Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Sobe Innovative Rehab. As a PRN therapist, you will have the flexibility to choose when you work and accept or decline cases based on your availability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatric therapy and be able to provide top-notch care to our patients. You will be responsible for implementing selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner, providing skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence, and communicating with families, physicians, and other healthcare team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner
  • Providing skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence
  • Communicating with families, physicians, and other healthcare team members
  • Keeping timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Two years of clinical experience in the field of physical therapy
  • Active licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
