Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs for Patient Service Coordinators, focusing on company standards, billing policies and procedures, and other essential skills.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to Patient Service Coordinators, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with the PSC Regional Trainer to interview and hire new Patient Service Coordinators, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Ensure compliance with all front desk and billing-related tasks, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
