Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Sobe Innovative Rehab. As a PTA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapy services to our patients in Assisted Living communities.
Responsibilities:
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient functional independence.
- Provide skilled therapy services to patients in Assisted Living settings.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services in the medical record.
- Utilize smart devices and blood pressure monitors to support patient care.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
- At least two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in Assisted Living settings.
- Active licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Work Environment: As a PRN therapist, you will work on a per diem basis, providing therapy services as needed in Assisted Living communities. This role offers flexibility and autonomy, with opportunities to work in a variety of settings and with diverse patient populations.
Compensation: Competitive rate of $50 per treatment session.
