Parking Control Security Guard Role:

At Good Guard Security, we are seeking a skilled Parking Control Security Guard to oversee parking facilities and ensure a smooth and organized traffic flow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting random and scheduled mobile patrols, providing excellent customer service to employees and guests, and issuing parking permits and passes. Additionally, you will manage parking enforcement by supplying the right signs to ensure that all necessary legal requirements for towing vehicles are met. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct random and scheduled mobile patrols to ensure parking facilities are secure and organized;
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and guests, addressing any parking-related concerns or issues;
  • Issue parking permits and passes to authorized personnel;
  • Manage parking enforcement by supplying the right signs to ensure that all necessary legal requirements for towing vehicles are met;

Requirements:

•⁠ Must have a high school diploma or equivalent;

•⁠ Must have excellent communication and customer service skills;

•⁠ Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;

•⁠ Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record;

•⁠ Must be able to pass a background check.
