Park Ranger

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Park Ranger to join our team at Equity LifeStyle Properties. As a Park Ranger, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and their belongings, while also promoting a positive and welcoming environment at our resort.

• Monitor the property and respond to any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that guests comply with resort rules and regulations, and take appropriate action if necessary.
• Perform routine patrols of the property, including golf cart and rental inspections.
• Prioritize guest safety and happiness, and take proactive steps to prevent any issues or concerns.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills, as well as the ability to use computer applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to work effectively under pressure.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Experience working in security and/or law enforcement, and/or working in an RV environment, is a plus.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
