Job Summary:

As a Park Conservation Officer with Equity LifeStyle Properties, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and their belongings. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle stressful situations with calm professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the property for any issues or potential problems
Ensure the property is properly secured
Enforce resort rules and respond to areas of concern
Monitor incoming guests and validate access
Perform routine patrols and inspections
Prioritize guest safety and happiness

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Ability to use computer applications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience in security and/or law enforcement a plus
Valid driver's license and good driving record
