Key Responsibilities:

* Support the branch manager in managing the safety, profitability, and branch performance
* Support objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy
* Plan, staff, and supervise all branch activities, including personnel administration, performance, defining functions, responsibilities, etc.
* Maintain positive financial posture for the division and monitor cost activities on a routine basis
* Collaborate with Branch leadership and staff to identify potential projects and execute them as needed
* Prepare time, cost, equipment, and labor estimates for projects
* Maintain an effective maintenance and safety initiative with the Branch manager

Requirements:

* Experience with managing a team of 5 or more employees
* Exposure to overall P/L responsibility or cost management
* 4-year technical or business administration degree and/or equivalent extensive experience in the construction or related industry
* Proven experience in customer relationship management with private sector and public sector customers/clients
* Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
* English – proficient in business writing and verbal communication
* Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required when duties require use of a motor vehicle
* Ability to pass pre-employment and random screening for illegal substances
